Bio
Sabrina Klaus-Schelletter has been head of the Employment Promotion Department at the Berlin Senate Department for Labour, Social Services, Gender Equality, Integration, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination since May 2024. Previously, she held various management positions in the areas of labour market, structural and economic policy at the German Trade Union Confederation and at the Institute for Research, Training and Projects of the Vocational Training Centre (iftp). Her professional focus includes the promotion of employment and qualification. She is particularly committed to social integration and upward mobility in labour market policy.
